“I Need A Letter Confirming I Was A Named Driver On A Chill Insurance Policy.”

If you need a letter confirming your experience as a named driver on a Chill Insurance policy you will need to contact our Customer Care team here so that they can arrange this for you.

“What Is A Letter Of Indemnity?”

A letter of indemnity is issued when a bank or insurance company promises to act as a 3rd-party on behalf of the first party (you) in a transaction or contract. This 3rd-party covers loss or damage to the 2nd-party (insurance company) in the agreement caused by the first party. Also known as an indemnity bond.

“How Do I Get A Letter Of Indemnity For My Mortgage Provider?”

If you gave us your mortgage provider details when you were setting up your policy, a letter of indemnity should have been included in the welcome pack we sent to you. If you cannot find the letter in your welcome pack, you can contact our Customer Care team here and we will arrange this for you.

“I Haven’t Received My Annual Insurance Cert And Disc”

If you have just purchased a new policy and haven’t received your insurance certificate and disc, we may be processing your documentation or waiting on some outstanding documents from you. Please ensure you have submitted all requested documents so we can get your policy up and running. Once everything is processed our team will issue your cert and disc.
