  • If you need to submit documents to finalize your policy, you'll receive a text or email with a link to our customer portal where you can complete this.

    If you need to submit documents to complete your Finance agreement please click here.

  • Once we've received your bank details (IBAN), you’ll receive an email from Close Brothers Finance with a link to upload your documents. Follow the instructions in the email to securely upload a photo or scanned copy of each document.

    If you haven’t received the link or are experiencing any difficulties in completing the process, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 01 400 3494.
