What is Retrieve My Quote?

The Chill ‘Retrieve My Quote’ service allows you to pick up where you left off if you have previously completed an online quote with us.

Chill securely stores the information you gave us to get your quote, but not the quote itself. This allows Chill to find the most up to date and best value quote for you at that time, as insurance prices are constantly changing.

How is this useful to me?

This new feature securely stores the information you give us so you don’t have to go to the trouble of re-entering it again. Once logged in to ‘Retrieve My Quote’ you can view and make updates to your details, quickly generate the most up to date quote and proceed to purchase hassle free.

How do I retrieve my quote?

Once you complete Step 1 of our online motor quote you will be sent an email containing a unique reference number and a link to retrieve your quote on the Chill website. Your information will be stored for 30 days so you can retrieve your quote at your convenience. That simple!

Help! I’m having trouble retrieving my quote!

Don’t worry, we’re here to help!

Firstly check your email account, including Junk/Spam folder, just in case the email has accidentally made its way in to the wrong folder.

If it has been more than 30 days since your quote, the Retrieve My Quote service will be unavailable and you will need to complete a new quote
