How To Renew

Is your insurance up for renewal and you are unsure of what your next steps are? Below we take a look at some common questions our customers ask us about their renewal.

“I Already Received a Renewal Invitation from Chill Insurance.”

If you have already received a renewal letter then your policy is due for renewal soon.

Your renewal invitation pack includes the price for the coming year and your policy details. Please read the documents carefully to ensure all of the information is correct and up to date. If any details are incorrect or you wish to change your policy details, please contact our Renewals team on 01 400 3494.

“I Want To Renew Online.”

If you are happy with your renewal invitation and have no changes to make, you can renew your policy online right now!

To login, simply enter your personal details provided in your renewal letter. This should include your client code and password which you can locate on the renewal cover letter. Once you have logged in, all you have to do is verify your policy details, enter payment details and that’s it!

“I Still Have Some Questions About My Renewal.”

If you have already renewed your policy and have a question, you need to speak to our Customer Care team on 01 400 3494. Alternatively, you can email us at care@chill.ie. In your email, we ask that you provide your Policy Reference number, along with your personal details including your name, phone number and address.
