This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and analytical SEO Manager to help drive Search Engine Optimization campaigns for one of Ireland's leading digital brands. The right candidate will own the growth of organic search across all product/brand lines.

About the Company

Chill Insurance is an online insurance intermediary regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. We are members of the Brokers Ireland and carry Professional Indemnity Insurance. We've been in business since 2007 (formerly insureme.ie) and re-branded as Chill Insurance in May 2008.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the growth of organic search across all products for Chill and Quote Devil
• Define and own the SEO strategy and work across functions to execute the strategy
• Work closely with our IT team and other internal stakeholders to ensure SEO best practice is upheld
• Management of external resource including SEO agency and copywriters to deliver on-page and off-page organic search strategy
• Deliver on-page organic strategy including publication of on-site content using CMS; management of content strategy and technical SEO backlog; validation of change impact
• Support off-page organic strategy including backlink profile analysis and management of digital PR strategy
• Lead on major SEO projects including site migrations and front-end redesigns
• Provide up to date industry insight on changes to search algorithms and trends
• Assist with reporting and insight generation using internal and external data i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
• Contribute to CRO testing roadmap with focus on increasing enquiry conversion rate
• Collaborate with internal IT development team to brief in changes to websites and quote applications
• Support new business initiatives and ensure SEO best practice is embedded in each project

Experience & Qualifications

• Organic enquiry growth
• Increasing organic visibility across Chill and Quote Devil
• Passing technical benchmarks i.e. Core Web Vitals
• Relevant degree/qualifications in Digital Marketing
• vAt least 2 years relevant SEO management experience in driving commercial outcomes through the delivery of digital marketing campaigns
• Proven record of Increasing organic visibility and enquiry
• Knowledge of the insurance industry would be a distinct advantage but not essential
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Substantial knowledge of the following tools/applications;
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• SEMrush
• Screaming Frog SEO Spider
• Lumar (Formerly Deepcrawl)
• Jira & Tableau
