We’re giving one lucky winner and their guest the chance to do exactly that with Chill’s Ultimate Irish Road Trip Giveaway, worth over €2,500.

From the campervan and campsites to fuel, food and adventures along the way, we’ve taken care of almost everything you’ll need. All that’s left is deciding where you’d go first.

The competition begins Tuesday, 18 August 2026 and closes on Friday, 4 September 2026. The winner will then be announced on Monday, 7 September 2026.

Picture waking up beside Ireland’s rugged west coast, spending the day exploring colourful towns and dramatic landscapes, then hitting the road whenever you’re ready for your next stop.

We’ll provide a recommended Wild Atlantic Way itinerary featuring some of the west coast’s best-loved destinations, from the wild beauty of Connemara and Galway to the Cliffs of Moher, Dingle Peninsula and Ring of Kerry.

Along the way, you’ll have time to explore at your own pace, enjoy dinner out, discover local attractions and use your €200 adventure credit to make the trip your own.

Follow our recommended route or add a few detours along the way. Seven days, one campervan and the freedom to experience Ireland your way.

Terms and Conditions

Entry

• This is an invite-only competition. To be eligible to enter, participants must be opted in to receive marketing communications from Chill Insurance and have received an invitation to enter directly by email.
• Entrants must use the competition entry method provided in their Chill email invitation.
• Visiting this webpage does not provide eligibility to enter the competition.
• Entries submitted through any method other than the official competition entry route will not be accepted.

The Prize

• The prize consists of a 7-day/7-night campervan road trip around Ireland for the winner and one guest, with a recommended Wild Atlantic Way itinerary provided.
• The prize includes campervan hire, a €200 fuel allowance, seven nights at recommended campsites, a €50 parking allowance, €200 grocery credit, €300 dining credit (three dinners for two people) and €200 adventure credit.
• Adventure credit may be used towards activities, attractions, ferry crossings or other eligible experiences during the trip.
• The prize must be booked and the trip completed before 1 November 2026.
• The prize and requested travel dates are subject to availability with the campervan provider and associated suppliers.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Winner Requirements

• The winner must meet all eligibility requirements set by the campervan rental provider, McRent Ireland.
• The winner must be aged 25–70 years.
• The winner must hold a full, valid Category B driving licence that has been held for at least five years.
• The winner must be able to drive a manual vehicle.
• The winner must provide all identification and documentation required by the campervan provider at vehicle collection, including their physical driving licence and a passport or other government-issued ID.
• Non-EU driving licence holders may also be required to provide an International Driving Permit (IDP).
• The winner must provide a valid credit card for the €2,000 refundable security deposit required by the campervan rental provider.
• The winner is responsible for complying with all terms and conditions imposed by the campervan rental provider.
• The winner is responsible for any parking fines, traffic offences, toll charges, vehicle damage not covered by insurance or other charges incurred during the rental period.

Travel

• The winner is responsible for travelling to and from the campervan collection and return location.
• If travelling to the campervan collection location by car, the winner is responsible for arranging and paying for parking or onward transport for their own vehicle.
• Any costs or expenses not expressly stated as being included in the prize remain the responsibility of the winner.

Marketing & Promotion

• The winner agrees that Chill Insurance may publish their first name and county when announcing the competition winner.
• The winner must provide at least five pictures from their road trip, including at least one picture with the campervan, one scenic destination picture and one picture featuring the winner enjoying the experience.
• By accepting the prize, the winner grants Chill Insurance permission to use the submitted pictures and any accompanying testimonial in future marketing, including email campaigns, social media, the Chill Insurance website and other promotional materials.
• The winner agrees to complete a short post-trip questionnaire or provide a testimonial about their experience.
• Chill Insurance reserves the right to amend the prize, recommended itinerary or competition terms where required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including availability of the campervan or associated suppliers.
