Sales Account Executives

Motor and Home Insurance

We're Ireland's fastest growing insurance broker and to ensure we continue our upward trajectory we're looking for superb sales people to come and join our rapidly expanding team. We need talented, enthusiastic and target-focused people who want to develop their career with us and become sales superstars.

The successful candidates will report directly to our Team Leader/Call Centre Manager and play a crucial part in helping us achieve our ambitious sales targets. The position is on a full-time basis and located at our HQ in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling home and motor insurance.
  • General administration.

Qualifications

  • A Personal Lines Insurance Qualification would be an advantage.

Experience

  • Experience in a pressurised sales environment.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative to meet deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.

The successful candidates will be fully trained and we also pay for all of our staff to complete the Insurance Industry Exams.
