Product & Pricing Executive

Chill Insurance is currently on the lookout for a Product & Pricing Executive to join our Team. We're after individuals who are talented, motivated, and ambitious and are looking to progress in the Insurance business. We are looking for a person who can inspire and deliver results and wants to progress within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day to day management of insurer portfolios with guidance from the Head of Product & Pricing.
  • Investigate complaints and identify corrective measures ensuring complaints are responded to with the required timelines –terms of business, CPC.
  • Meet with insurers to progress Chill objectives through the use of analytics and policy reviews.
  • Arrange to issue data access requests and calls to clients/insurers when requested.
  • Be a product expert in policy wordings and acceptance criteria.
  • Complete insurer audits and internal file reviews identifying issues and make recommendations where issues are identified.
  • Assist in the design of new processes and enhancement of existing processes both internal and external with our business partners.
  • Follow up with Managers/Team Leads on rectification of issues identified in audits, call retrievals, complaints.
  • Use exception reporting to identify potential issues and report to managers for rectification; report volumes and issues reported/fixed weekly/monthly. As required process changes and fixes.
  • Implement and maintain a robust compliance monitoring plan.
  • Advise, monitor and educate the business on and implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Review the compliance policies and procedures in accordance with the Irish regulatory requirements.
  • Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory changes that may impact the business and liaise with the Compliance Officer on the necessary course of action.
  • Contribute to regular, timely and relevant reporting to the Compliance Officer, CEO and the board.
  • Support the delivery of compliance processes and procedures to ensure that sound and responsible business practices are incorporated into the day to day operations of the business.
  • Ensure regulatory issues (breaches or otherwise) are dealt with, escalated and reported to the relevant business areas.

Qualifications & Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have at least APA Qualification and working towards CIP Qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a compliance and/or product service role in an insurance environment.
  • In depth knowledge of Irish compliance legislation and/or experience in a multi channel and multi product role.
