Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Customer and Employee Satisfaction surveys, particularly with Net Promoter Score.
  • Lead, organize, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and provide informative data.
  • Drive the customer experience roadmap, delivering customer-focused Support Experience initiatives.
  • Create streamlined processes which monitor customer complaints and turn into actionable tasks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and provide standard MI reports.
  • Perform ad hoc customer research analysis to further the understanding of customer behaviour and future strategic direction of the business.
  • Work cross-functionally to help inform stakeholders on key learnings from data analytics.
  • Analyse marketing channel and website performance data for assigned projects and develop recommendations on ways to further optimize for performance.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards, audit performance on an on-going basis, and build automated reports where relevant.
  • Assist in support of the reporting portal housing the dashboards.
  • Analyse large amounts of data and provide in-depth analysis needed to support marketing activities and strategic goals.
  • Identifies industry benchmarks for price and product comparison.
  • Provide assistance to marketing analyst manager and other team members as required

Experience and Education

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business.
  • Lead, organize, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and provide informative data.
  • Highly analytical and attention to detail, focused on informing performance optimization based on gathering and examining data from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge about market research and surveys.
  • Knowledge about NPS methodology.
  • Microsoft Excel - Expert User.
  • Microsoft Word - Advanced User.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced User.
  • Experience coding in SQL.
  • Experience in Tableau or other visualization tools.
  • Experience reporting on or presenting key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Insurance Industry knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business requirements and objectives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be required to demonstrate flexibility with regard to responsibilities which will be based on business demands. During the course of your employment, as the business of Chill changes, it may be necessary to change or expand your duties within the general scope of your position.
