I am a trainer in a large call
centre and the main part of my job is to train staff on customer
service and call handling techniques. Because of my job, I would
consider myself to be quite particular in my expectations with
regard to the service I receive when dealing with a call centre.
Therefore, I do not let the opportunity pass when I deal with
someone who gives an exceptional service. The service I received
from Chill was by the far the best and I attribute that mainly to
Alison. She was pleasant, professional and engaging.
