Hi, I'm Nicole, I began my career in 2007 as a financial advisor in the banking world, I decided to expand my horizons within the financial services sector and take on a new challenge with a move to the Insurance Industry. I have worked in Chill insurance for 2 years now, specialising in customer services and claims. I am now head of the claims department.
The claims department is a really important area for us, it is after all the reason why you take out an insurance policy. We have a big advantage over other insurance companies because when you take out a policy with us and have to make a claim, my team and I deal with you, advise you, and talk to the insurer on your behalf to make sure you get the best possible outcome.
