Customer Service Executives - Private Car Insurance and Home Insurance Job Title: Customer Service Executives

Chill Insurance is Ireland's fastest growing online Insurance provider. We search the market more than anyone else to give our customer better value and choice. Due to our continued expansion we are currently looking for a number of Customer Service Executives.

The successful candidates will report directly to our Team Leaders / Call Centre Manager.

The role will involve:
- Providing an excellent professional service to clients by processing all enquiries on their insurance
- Being responsible for dealing with administration / processing insurance applications
- General administration
- Filing to Scanning System
- Diary management

Ideally you will have:
- Broker experience in personal lines insurance
- Must be focused, well informed, have excellent IT skills and be familiar with Relay and Spike software or similar
- The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- CIP qualification or working towards same

Sales Account Executives

Chill Insurance is Ireland's fastest growing online Insurance provider and due to our continued expansion we are currently looking for Home and Motor Insurance Executives to join our rapidly expanding sales team. The successful candidates will report directly to our Team Leaders/ Call Centre Manager.

The role will involve:
- Being responsible for selling our home and motor insurance products
- General administration.

Ideally you will have:
- Experience in sales
- A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- IF1 qualification

Sales Account Executive - Life Insurance Job Title: Sales Account Executive - Life Insurance

Chill Insurance is Ireland's fastest growing online Insurance provider and due to our continued expansion we are currently looking for a Life Insurance Executive to join our rapidly expanding sales team.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Call Centre Manager.

The role will involve:
- Providing an excellent professional service to clients selling our Life and Pension Products
- Being responsible for dealing with administration/processing insurance applications
-General Administration
-Diary Management
-Knowledge of CRM system

Ideally you will have:
- QFA qualification with at least two years sales experience
- An excellent knowledge of life and pension products
- A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Must be focused, well informed and have excellent IT skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail

The suitable candidates will be fully trained and we encourage our staff to further their education by completing the Insurance Industry Exams which will be fully paid for by the Company.
